We don't sell supplies like pens, pencils, and paperclips. Instead we
concentrate on the supplies that cost you the most! That way we can
save you the most!

Do you offer contracts?
No we do not. We are very familiar with companies that do. Usually
there is an extremely expensive catalog with extremely high retail
prices. Companies give you a "contract" with a straight percentage off
those retail prices. It makes you think you're getting a "deal" but
you're not. Those retail prices are so inflated in the catalog that
even with your discount you're still paying way too much!
We've also heard many complaints about ordering items that are on
backorder and never receiving the item or notification that it is on
backorder. Double billing, poor service, and other billing problems
have also been complaints that we have heard from our customers that
use these contracts.
Another concern is the fact that they use the word "contract". You're
not obligated to purchase from them but the use of that word implies
to some customers that they are. Another confusing statement.
At ESI we know if we don't handle your account right, you're going to
take your business elsewhere. And if we're not doing our job right -
you should. So we don't try to obligate you with these "contracts".
It's simple and honest.

Do you match competitor's prices?
Yes! Not only do we match the price, we will beat it if possible. Just
ask! Should you find it for less let us know. We always work hard to
keep the lowest prices available without sacrificing service. Call us
before ordering from the other guys. We not only match but beat their
prices if possible.

We currently get 50% off our products in another company's catalog.
Can you do this?
In most cases, those companies get the catalogs printed with extremely
inflated retail prices. Then they offer you a 50% discount on an item
that lists in the catalog for $100 so your low cost is $50! However,
the actual cost of the item may only be $23 we sell it for $40 while
they are giving you the "deal" at $50. Which would you rather pay?

Can I get a discount if we buy in quantity?
Yes. Most of the time we handle volume buying on a per order basis
factoring in our cost with less then average profit margin - all to save
you time and money.

What happens if you are out of stock on an item?
We always notify you if an item you have ordered is on backorder. In
addition, we will notify you of any price changes if the price of an
item is different than your current price.

Can we delete an item on our order while we are placing it with you?
Yes, as long as you haven't submitted your completed order form. After
you send your order it's all automated and we usually can't stop the
"wheels in motion". At this point you need to contact us by phone
immediately so we can try to change the order before it goes to the
warehouse.

What if we place an order and then decide we need to cancel it? Will there
be any additional fees?
Due to the time it take us to pull, pack, ship your order, handle your
cancellation, send you a call tag, pick it back up, receive it in, and
send it back to our manufacturer, we charge a very small restocking fee of
25% of
the order.

What is the Quick Fax Form?
That is your personalized quote. We can change the descriptions of the
items on your quote to reflect a descripton that is more useful to you.
Example: your quote
reads Hewlett Packard Brand 4/4plus/4M/5/5N. Now you can customize
your quote to read, Jennifer's printer, Front desk printer Hewlett
Packard laser jet 4 or just about anything call us we'll even help.

Can we place orders and add our own Purchase Order # on your order
form?
Yes we provide a place for your PO on your order form. It shows up also
on packages going to you and your invoice.

Need to know where your order is?
At anytime you need to know the status of an order please contact us
by phone or email and we will check on it and let you know the current
status. Traditionally, any orders placed by 5 pm (East Coast time) are
shipped that day and most customers will receive it the next day.

How do I know if an item is in stock before placing an orders with you?
We take orders first come first serve if an item is on back order we
will have someone call you and give you the option of canceling it
with no additional fees or leaving it on back-order until an item
comes in. If you need to know right away, you can always call us and place
your order directly over the phone and if needed, we can call the warehouse
to confirm we have your item in stock.

How do we find our items in the inventory to add to our quote?
Usually listed in the description in a generalized list however we
don't have enough room to list all the make & models of an item it is
used for, so should our search engine not be successful, contact us.

Our company uses Purchase orders and our bills go to Home Office is
this a problem?
No problem. We will set up your account to only accept orders from your
company that have your PO on them. It will always show up on your
packages from us and on invoices. When you set up your account, you can put
your home office down as the billing address and your office as the shipping
address.

What is your Delivery policy?
We have many locations to ship from and usually will have your order
to you Next Day. However, shipping times may vary due to availability of
items and geographical locations. We will notify you if your order will
take
longer then 2 days or is on backorder. Please contact us by phone if you
MUST receive by the next day and we will work with you to ensure you get
your order on time.

Can we order from our location and ship items to another of our
locations?
Yes. We will bill each location or your Home Office and ship to a
centralized Home Office or each one of your locations. Also
we can send customized Quick Fax Forms to each of your locations on a
monthly basis to remind them to check their supplies and place their orders.
