Prices: All published prices, specifications, and services are subject to change without notice.  Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of our pricing on the website and on your account. However, as an occasional error may occur, and as price fluctuations occur within the industry, we reserve the right to charge customers the correct prices for items.  We will make every attempt to notify customers when such discrepancies may occur.

Terms:  MasterCard, Visa or AMX.  Some original accounts of ESI corporate may also have Net 20 terms.  Accounts which have terms are marked as such and these accounts will have the option of paying with credit card or charging orders to their account on the website.  We reserve the right to assign each account with the terms available for that account.

Freight & Shipping: Orders are shipped from warehouses across the U.S. via UPS ground shipping, Airborne, or FedEx.  Orders are shipped ground. Expedited shipping may be available for additional fees payable by the Customer.

Hours of Operation:  ESI's website accepts orders on a 24 hour basis. However, our warehouses are only open and able to fill the orders M-F 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern Time.  We cannot fill orders on holidays, weekends, and other dates on which carriers are closed.

Warranty: All products are warranted to meet the minimum performance requirements as set forth by the original equipment manufacturer.

Return & Credit Policy for Defective Product:  All claims must be made within 60 days of invoice date and should be accompanied by a letter explaining the defect and, if possible, including copy samples showing the defect.  Customers must contact our returns dept for return authorization to return a product for replacement or credit at 800-842-1429. Some items may have to be returned directly to the manufacturer by the Customer.

Conditions:  Customers must obtain approval from our returns department before returning any merchandise for any reason. Return authorizations are good for 30 days from date of issue.  Only those items listed and determined to be in re-sellable condition will be credited.  Do not write, mark, mutilate or place labels directly on the manufacturer's box or package, as this affects its sellable condition.  Call tags, couriers or shipping labels will be sent to you to return these items. We cannot accept returns for non-defective or defective products which you did not purchase from ESI.

Returns & Credit Policy for Non-Defective Product: All claims must be made no later than 15 days from the invoice date.  This applies to products which customers order in error and items which customers, for whatever reason, decide they no longer wish to keep.  All products which are not defective must be returned in re-sellable condition in the original manufacturer packing. All returns of non-defective products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Special Orders: Occasionally, we have items which are not normally stocked and as such, are special order items. These items are usually non-returnable. However, we will attempt to get authorization for the 20% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy: Our order processing system is automated. For this reason, orders usually cannot be cancelled if the order has already been processed.  When the product arrives, you may request a return authorization from our returns dept. You will incur a 20% restocking fee and customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Third Party Sites:  Linked sites are not under the control of ESI.  ESI provides these links only as a convenience and does not imply that these companies have provided any endorsement of ESI's  website or vice versa.

Disclaimer of Warranty: ESI provides this site and its contents on an "AS IS" basis and makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This is no way affects the manufacturer's warranties.

No Consequential Damages: In no event shall ESI, its subsidiaries or affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents (collectively, "ESI") be liable for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, indirect, or other special damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not ESI has been advised of the possibility of any such damages.

Miscellaneous: ESI may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating ESI's site.  You agree that if any part of these terms and conditions are found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.  ESI reserves the right to refuse to sell to any person, entity or company for any reason.
